Studio Rentals

Do you need space to host your individual practice, commercials, rehearsals, classes, auditions, seminars or workshops?

Purdance is a state-of-the-art facility spanning 7,735 sq. ft. Currently, Purdance offers 6 spacious studios professionally equipped with Marley dance surfaces and hardwood over spring floors, sleek full length mirrors, high quality sound systems with playback equipment, pitch control for CDs, and cables to connect to either MP3 player or computer and Bluetooth, and free Wi-Fi! There are two lounge areas, and a Wi-Fi work station.

Currently studio 4 is not available for renting.

We ask for the safety for our clients and students, please wear a mask during your duration inside of Purdance!

We accept rental requests at least 2 weeks in advance. Please allow 48-72 hours response time for your request. If your request is submitted less than 2 weeks from your requested rental date, we will try to accommodate as best as we can but there is no guarantee your rental will be scheduled. 

• *Please be aware that we charge a Prime Time Charge for those who would like to rent a studio during our operational class hours, as we have very limited space available and we prioritize our classes for these spaces at these times. The times are:
  • Mondays-Fridays: 4:00pm-8:00pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00am-12:00pm
